Young Writer is aimed at writers and poets aged 7–18 years old. The magazine is designed to inspire young writers and provide them with an outlet to see their work in print. As such the majority of the magazine is written by our readers by featuring their competition winning stories and poems, illustrations, book reviews and articles. Published three times a year, each issue features competitions, exercises to kick–start writing, grammar and editorial tips, first–hand features by talented young writers and advice on getting into writing as a career.
